Airports Authority of India has invited applications for the post of Junior Assistant in Fire Service, with 89 vacancies open to candidates domiciled in Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, and Sikkim.
The application process began on 30 December 2024 and will close on 28 January 2025, with the exam fee payable up to the same date. The exam date will be announced as per schedule, and the admit card will be issued before the exam. The fee is 1000 rupees for General, OBC and EWS candidates, while SC and ST candidates and women from all categories do not have to pay. The age limit for this post is set between 18 and 30 years. Eligibility requires a Class 10 pass with a 3 year diploma in Mechanical, Automobile or Fire discipline, or a 10+2 pass along with a valid driving licence, a heavy vehicle licence, a medium vehicle licence held at least 1 year before the advertisement date, or a light motor vehicle licence held at least 2 years before it.
