The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has declared the result of the Bihar State Eligibility Test, STET 2023, for both Paper I and Paper II, and candidates can now download their result or certificate.
Applications opened on 9 August 2023 and closed on 23 August 2023 by 11:59 PM, with the fee payment deadline the next day on 24 August. The complete form and correction had to be submitted by 25 August up to 6 PM, and the form was reopened until 2 September 2023 up to 5 PM. The exam was held between 4 and 15 September 2023, admit cards were released on 30 August, the answer key came out on 15-16 September up to 4 PM, and the result was declared on 3 October 2023. For a single paper, the fee was 960 rupees for General, BC and EWS candidates and 760 rupees for SC, ST and PH candidates, while both papers together cost 1440 rupees and 1140 rupees respectively for the same category split. The age limit was 21 years at the minimum, going up to 37 years for male candidates and 40 years for female candidates. Paper 1 is meant for Secondary level teaching and requires a relevant bachelor's or master's degree with B.Ed, while Paper 2 is for Senior Secondary level and requires a master's degree with B.Ed or an equivalent qualification.
Candidates who appeared for either paper can now check and download their result and certificate as declared by the board.
