The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has declared the final result of the 32nd Bihar Judicial Services Competitive Examination for the post of Civil Judge, PCS J, for which 155 vacancies had been advertised in 2023.
The recruitment ran through several stages over nearly two years. Online applications were accepted from 27 February 2023 to 27 March 2023, with a correction window till 3 April 2023. The preliminary exam was held on 4 June 2023, followed by the pre result on 26 September 2023, the mains exam from 25 to 29 November 2023, and the mains result on 30 August 2024, after which the final result came out on 28 November 2024. The fee was 600 rupees for General, OBC and other state candidates, and 150 rupees for SC, ST, PH candidates and Bihar domiciled women, paid online or offline. The age limit was 22 to 35 years for men and up to 40 years for women.
Of the 155 posts, the category-wise split lists 61 for Unreserved, 15 for EWS, 30 for EBC, 18 for OBC, 29 for SC and 2 for ST. Candidates can check their result and category-wise standing through the details released by BPSC.
