NCERT has released the answer key for its Non-Academic Group A, Group B and Group C recruitment exam 2026, which covers 173 posts including the LDC exam.
Applications were accepted from 27 December 2025 to 16 January 2026, with the exam fee payable by the same date. The main exam was held from 24 to 27 March 2026, the admit card had been issued on 19 March 2026, and the LDC exam followed on 15 May 2026. The answer key was put out on 1 April 2026. The exam fee ranged by post level: 1500 rupees per post for Level 10 to 12, 1200 rupees for Level 6 to 7, and 1000 rupees for Level 2 to 5, all for general, OBC and EWS candidates, while SC, ST and PH candidates did not have to pay any fee. The age limit was 18 years at the minimum, going up to 27 to 50 years depending on the post.
Candidates who appeared in the exam can check the answer key against their response sheet and go through the official notification for the post-wise eligibility, which required a 10+2 pass, a degree or a diploma in the relevant trade depending on the post applied for.
