The National Testing Agency has declared the Paper II result for JEE Main Session 1, January 2023. Applications for this session were accepted from 15 December 2022 to 12 January 2023 up to 9 PM, with the fee payable by the same closing date.
The fee structure varied by paper and gender: for Paper 1 only, General, OBC and EWS male candidates paid 1000 rupees against 800 rupees for female candidates, while SC and ST candidates paid 500 rupees regardless of gender. For candidates opting for both Paper 1 and Paper 2, the fee rose to 2000 rupees for General, OBC and EWS male candidates, 1600 rupees for female candidates in the same categories, and 1000 rupees for SC and ST candidates. The exam was conducted online between 24 and 31 January 2023, with exam city details out on 18 January 2023 and the admit card released on 21 January 2023.
The answer key was released on 2 February 2023, the main result was declared on 7 February 2023, and the Paper II result followed on 28 February 2023. Candidates who appeared for Paper II can now check their result on the official NTA portal.
