The Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board has declared the final result for its 2020 recruitment of Forester and Forest Guard, a drive that covered 1128 posts in total. The Forest Guard final result came on 15 March 2024, following the Forester final result which was declared earlier on 13 April 2023.
Of the total posts, 1041 were for Forest Guard, open to candidates who had passed Class 10, and 87 were for Forester, requiring a 10+2 pass. Applications for this recruitment had opened on 8 December 2020 and closed on 22 January 2021, with the exam fee payable by the same date. The fee was 450 rupees for General, OBC and EWS, 350 rupees for OBC NCL, and 250 rupees for SC and ST, with a correction charge of 300 rupees. The age limit was 18 to 40 years. Within Forest Guard, the non-TSP category carried 886 posts split across General, EWS, OBC, EBC, SC and ST, with a further 62 posts under the TSP area, and Forester similarly had 73 non-TSP posts and 5 TSP posts split by category.
