The Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board has declared the science result for the Laboratory Assistant recruitment 2022, a drive that had invited applications for 1012 posts across departments. Applications were accepted online from 25 March 2022 to 23 April 2022, followed by a written exam held from 28 to 30 June 2022 and an admit card released on 24 June 2022.
The vacancies were spread across several departments, with 218 posts for Laboratory Assistant Science under the Secondary Education Department, 282 under the College Education Commissionerate, 123 for Laboratory Assistant Geography and 35 for Laboratory Assistant Home Science, along with smaller numbers under the Agriculture Department and the State Forensic Science Laboratory. Eligibility for most of these posts is a 10+2 pass with the relevant science, geography or home science subject, along with knowledge of Hindi in Devnagari script and of Rajasthan's culture. The exam fee was 450 rupees for General and OBC candidates, 350 rupees for OBC-NCL, and 250 rupees for SC and ST candidates, with age limits set between 18 and 40 years.
Candidates who appeared in the science stream of this exam can now check their result as released by the board on 28 September 2022.
