The Government of Uttar Pradesh has released the result for the UP NEET UG Admission 2022 online counseling process, covering registration, merit list, choice filling and seat allotment for medical and dental courses in the state.
Registration for this counseling round opened on 22 October 2022 and closed on 28 October 2022 by 2 PM. The security fee had to be deposited by 30 October 2022. Choice filling ran from 1 to 4 November 2022, and the seat allotment result was declared between 4 and 5 November 2022. The registration fee was 2000 rupees for all categories, while the security fee varied by institute type, 30,000 rupees for government medical, dental colleges and state university institutes, 2 lakh rupees for private medical colleges, and 1 lakh rupees for private dental colleges. The minimum age for candidates was 17 years.

Given the difference in security deposit amounts across government and private institutes, applicants should note carefully which category their allotted seat falls under before proceeding further.
