The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board has declared the final result for the Workshop Hand recruitment of 2022, covering 120 posts of Workshop Staff in the UP Police Radio Cadre.
Applications had opened on 27 January 2022 and closed on 15 March 2022, with the fee payment due by the same date. The written exam took place on 29 and 30 January 2024, followed by the answer key on 24 February 2024 and a revised answer key on 28 June 2024, ahead of the result on 7 August 2024. Document verification and physical standard tests were held on 8 February 2025, and the physical efficiency test began on 7 March 2025, with admit cards released before each round. The final result came out on 26 March 2025. Eligible candidates needed a Class 10 pass or an ITI certificate in trades such as Electronics, Telecommunication, Electrical, Computer Science or Radio and Television. The fee was 400 rupees for all categories, and the age limit was 20 to 28 years. Out of the 120 posts, 51 went to General, 11 to EWS, 32 to OBC, 24 to SC and 2 to ST candidates.
Candidates who went through the written exam, document verification and physical tests can now check their final selection against their roll number.
