The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board has released the final revised result for its Directorate of Land Records and Survey recruitment, covering AMIN, Kanoongo, Clerk and Assistant Settlement Officer posts, against a total of 10101 vacancies. This is a revised version of the final result issued earlier.
Applications for this recruitment had opened on 13 April 2023 and closed on 12 May 2023, with correction allowed from 18 to 20 May 2023. The written exam was conducted between 4 and 17 August 2023, with the admit card released on 1 August 2023 and the answer key put out between 13 and 17 September 2023. The rank card followed on 19 December 2023, the final result was declared on 13 March 2024, and the revised result came on 24 May 2024. The fee was 800 rupees for general, OBC and EWS candidates and 400 rupees for SC, ST and PH candidates. Age limits varied by post: a minimum of 18 years for Amin and Kanoongo and 21 years for Clerk and ASO, with a maximum of 37 years for men and 40 years for women. Of the total vacancies, Special Survey Amin carries 8244 posts, Special Survey Clerk 744, Special Survey Kanoongo 758, and Special Survey Assistant Settlement Officer 355, each with its own category-wise breakup across UR, EWS, BC, EBC, SC, ST and RCG.
