The Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission has declared the final result along with marksheets for its Sub Inspector Prohibition recruitment, which was carried out against 64 vacancies in Bihar.
The process began with applications from 4 November to 4 December 2023, with a written exam on 28 January 2024 followed by its result on 7 February. This was followed by a Mains Phase II exam on 23 June 2024, whose result came on 28 June, and then the PET stage, after which the final result was declared on 22 July 2024, with marks made available on 23 August 2024. The exam fee was 700 rupees for General, OBC, EWS and Other State candidates, and 400 rupees for SC, ST and Bihar domicile female candidates. The age limit was 20 to 37 years for male candidates and 20 to 40 years for female candidates, with additional age relaxation as described in the notification. Out of 63 posts under Sub Inspector Prohibition, the breakup includes 27 for UR, 12 for EBC, 10 for SC, 7 for OBC, 6 for EWS and 1 for BC Female, along with 1 additional post under Sub Inspector Vigilance.
