Border Security Force (BSF) has released the admit card for the recruitment of Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) Stenographer and Head Constable (HC) Ministerial posts 2024, a process covering 1526 vacancies spread across central armed police forces including BSF, CRPF, ITBP, CISF, SSB and Assam Rifles. Of the total, 243 posts are for ASI Stenographer and 1283 for HC Ministerial, both open to candidates who have passed 10+2 intermediate from a recognised board, with stenography skills required for the ASI post.
Applications were accepted from 9 June 2024 to 8 July 2024, and the exam fee was payable by the same date. The exam date is to be announced as per schedule, and the admit card has now been made available for download from 19 August 2026. The fee was 147.25 rupees for General, OBC and EWS candidates, and free for SC, ST, PH candidates and all female candidates. The age limit for these posts is 18 to 25 years.
Candidates who applied for either post should download their admit card and carry it to the exam centre along with the other documents mentioned in the notification, since the vacancies and their category-wise counts are distributed separately across each of the participating forces.
