The Staff Selection Commission has declared the final result, with cutoff, for the Bihar SSC Stenographer recruitment 2023, held against 232 vacancies. The category-wise break-up shows 8 posts under EWS, 40 under BC, 66 under EBC, 13 under BC Female, 64 under SC and 4 under ST, adding up to the total of 232 posts.
Online applications had opened on 15 May 2023 and closed on 29 June 2023, with the exam fee payable by 30 June 2023. The fee was 540 rupees for general, OBC and EWS candidates and 135 rupees for SC, ST and PH candidates, payable through debit card, credit card or net banking. The written exam was held on 30 July 2023 with the admit card released on 21 July 2023, followed by a skill test on 24 September 2023 whose admit card came out on 20 September 2023. The age limit is 18 to 37 years for male candidates and 18 to 40 years for female candidates.
