The Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission has released the admit card for its 2024 Police Sub Inspector recruitment, which covers 341 posts across Subedar, Sub Inspector and related specialised roles. The exam for this recruitment, originally advertised in 2024, is now scheduled for 12 July 2026.
Applications had been accepted from 23 October to 21 November 2024, with the fee payment deadline on 21 November and a correction window from 22 to 24 November 2024. The admit card for the exam was made available on 26 June 2026. The application fee was waived for candidates with Chhattisgarh domicile, apart from a portal fee plus GST charged extra, while candidates from other states paid 400 rupees, and a correction charge of 500 rupees applied where relevant. Fee payment could be made in cash at a KIOSK or through debit card, credit card or net banking. The age limit for this recruitment was 21 to 28 years. Among the 341 vacancies, Sub Inspector accounts for 278 posts, Subedar for 19, Platoon Commander for 14, Sub Inspector Special Branch for 11, Sub Inspector Cyber Crime for 9, Sub Inspector Computer for 5, and smaller numbers are set aside for Angul Chinh and Documents in Question specialisations.
Candidates should download their admit card well ahead of the 12 July 2026 exam date and keep it along with a valid ID proof for entry to the exam centre.
