Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) Chandigarh has invited applications for the post of TGT Teacher, with 90 vacancies spread across subjects such as English, Hindi, Punjabi, Maths, Science (Non Medical and Medical) and Social Studies. This is a central recruitment drive meant for candidates who hold a bachelor degree in the related subject along with a B.Ed and a CTET Paper II pass, subject to the detailed subject wise eligibility given in the notification.
The online application process began on 12 September 2022 and closes on 3 October 2022 up to 5 PM, with the fee payment window open till 6 October 2022. The written exam is scheduled for 26 October 2022, and the admit card will be issued before the exam date. The application fee is 1000 rupees for General, OBC and EWS candidates and 500 rupees for SC candidates, payable through debit card, credit card, net banking or offline e-challan.
