The Central Industrial Security Force has released the skill test result along with the DME admit card for its ASI Stenographer and Head Constable (Ministerial) Recruitment, covering 540 posts. Applications had been accepted from 26 September 2022 to 25 October 2022 up to 5 PM, and the skill test result was declared on 21 February 2024.
The recruitment includes 122 posts for Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) Stenographer, requiring 10+2 along with dictation and transcription skills, and 418 posts for Head Constable (Ministerial), requiring 10+2 with typing speed in English or Hindi, both with specified height and chest requirements. The process included PET and PST in January or February 2023, a written exam on 30 and 31 October 2023, an admit card on 17 October 2023, an answer key on 3 November 2023, and a skill test that started on 29 January 2024. The fee was 100 rupees for General, EWS and OBC candidates, and free for SC, ST, ex-servicemen and female candidates of all categories. The age limit was set between 18 and 25 years, corresponding to a birth window of 26 October 1997 to 25 October 2004. The category-wise breakdown for ASI Stenographer shows 57 General, 31 OBC, 10 EWS, 16 SC and 8 ST out of 112, while for Head Constable (Ministerial) it shows 182 General, 112 OBC, 34 EWS, 61 SC and 29 ST out of 418.
