The Indian Coast Guard has invited online applications for recruitment of Navik General Duty, Navik Domestic Branch and Yantrik under the CGEPT 01/2026 and CGEPT 02/2026 batches, for a total of 630 posts.
The application process began on 11 June 2025 and closed on 25 June 2025 at 11:30 PM. The selection process runs in three stages, with Stage I held in September 2025, Stage II in November 2025 and Stage III in February 2026, and the admit card is issued before each exam. The fee is 300 rupees for General, OBC and EWS candidates, while SC and ST candidates are exempted from the fee. Candidates must be between 18 and 22 years of age.
Of the total vacancies, 520 posts are for Navik General Duty, open to candidates who have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as subjects. There are 60 posts for Yantrik and 50 posts for Navik Domestic Branch, both requiring a Class 10 pass along with an engineering diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics and Telecommunication.
