The Central Reserve Police Force has declared the final result and merit list for its Head Constable Ministerial and Assistant Sub Inspector Stenographer recruitment, conducted for 1557 posts overall, with the Head Constable Ministerial post carrying 1414 vacancies and the ASI Steno post carrying 143. Category wise, the ASI Steno post had 58 UR, 39 OBC, 14 EWS, 21 SC and 11 ST vacancies, while Head Constable Ministerial had 572 UR, 382 OBC, 142 EWS, 212 SC and 106 ST vacancies.
Applications opened on 4 January 2023 and closed on 31 January 2023, with the fee due by the same date. The Head Constable Ministerial exam was held from 22 to 28 February 2023 and the ASI Steno exam in March 2023, with the answer key and admit card for the skill stage released around 17 March. The overall result came on 16 November 2023, the stenographer result followed on 4 January 2024, and the final result was declared on 3 February 2024. The fee was 100 rupees for General, OBC and EWS candidates, and nil for SC, ST and female candidates, with an age band of 18 to 28 years. Eligibility required a 10+2 pass, with typing or dictation speed requirements specific to each post.
Candidates who cleared the skill test stage should verify their names in the final merit list now released.
