The Central Selection Board of Constable, Bihar has declared the final result for Constable GD recruitment under Advertisement No. 05/2020, a state level exercise covering 8415 total vacancies for the Constable GD post.
Applications for this recruitment had opened on 13 November 2020 and closed on 14 December 2020, with the exam fee also payable till the same date. The written exam was held on 14 and 21 March 2021, and the admit card had been released on 24 February 2021. The result was first made available on 6 December 2021, followed by a PET exam on 28 January 2022 which had been postponed, and the final result has now been declared on 2 September 2022. The application fee was 450 rupees for General, OBC and other state candidates, and 112 rupees for SC and ST candidates. Candidates needed to have passed the 10+2 intermediate exam from a recognised board, with an age limit of 18 to 25 years as on 1 August 2020. Of the total posts, the unreserved category got 3489, EBC 1470, SC 1307, BC 980, EWS 842 and ST 82.
