The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has invited applications for Section Officer (SO) and Assistant Section Officer (ASO) posts under its Combined Administrative Services Examination (CASE), with 444 vacancies split between the two posts, 76 for Section Officer and 368 for Assistant Section Officer.
The online application process ran from 8 December 2023 to 13 January 2024 up to 5 pm, with the exam fee payable by 14 January 2024 through debit card, credit card or net banking. The exam was conducted between 5 and 20 February 2024, with the admit card released on 26 January 2024 and the answer key issued on 24 February 2024. The Stage I result came out on 3 June 2024, followed by a Stage II exam on 7 July 2024, for which the admit card was issued on 4 July 2024. The fee was 500 rupees for General, OBC and EWS candidates, and free for SC, ST, PH and women candidates. The age limit was 18 to 33 years, with a bachelor's degree in any stream required for both posts.
