The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), through its Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology, has invited online applications for 15 technician posts under its 2026 recruitment drive.
The vacancies are split into two categories, Technician T-01 with 7 posts, open to candidates who have passed class 10th and hold an ITI certificate in Computer Operator and Programming Assistant, and Technician T-02 with 8 posts, for candidates holding an ITI certificate in Health Safety and Safety & Environment. Applications opened on 5 June 2026 and close on 4 July 2026, which is also the last date to pay the exam fee. The fee is 500 rupees for General, OBC and EWS candidates, while it is waived for SC, ST, PH candidates and for all female candidates, and it must be paid online through debit card, credit card or net banking. The age limit is set between 18 and 28 years.
The exam date will be announced as per schedule, and the admit card will be made available before the exam, so candidates should keep checking for updates closer to the date.
