The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) had opened recruitment across nine posts, Junior Secretariat Assistant, Junior Engineer Civil, Assistant Section Officer, Patwari, Legal Assistant, Naib Tehsildar, Surveyor, Architectural Assistant and Assistant Account Officer, for a combined 687 vacancies, and has since moved through the admit card, exam and result stages for these posts.
Applications had opened on 3 June 2023 and closed on 2 July 2023 by 6 PM. The fee was 1000 rupees for general, OBC and EWS candidates, and free for SC, ST candidates and women of all categories, paid online. Age limits ran from 18 to 35 years depending on the post, with extra relaxation as per DDA's 2023 recruitment rules. Most exams were held between 19 and 28 August 2023, with the Junior Secretariat Assistant and Assistant Section Officer exams following in September and October, and admit cards released ahead of each one.
Results for the main exams came out on 5 December 2023, and further results followed through the next year for Junior Secretariat Assistant, Junior Engineer Civil and Patwari, along with a stage II exam for Assistant Section Officer and Junior Secretariat Assistant on 28 September 2024. Junior Engineer Civil carries the largest share of posts at 236, followed by Junior Secretariat Assistant at 194 and Assistant Section Officer at 125.
