UPSSSC has issued a cancellation notice for the Driver recruitment drive that was originally opened for 138 posts. The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission had invited applications on 15 October 2016, with the registration window closing on 5 November 2016, but the cancelled notice itself was released only on 16 February 2023.
At the time applications were open, the fee was set at 105 rupees for General and OBC candidates, 65 rupees for SC and ST candidates, and 25 rupees for PH candidates, with fee submission closing on 7 November 2016 and the complete form deadline falling on 9 November 2016. The age limit for the post ran from 21 to 40 years.
Candidates who had applied for this Driver post should note that the recruitment now stands cancelled as per the notice dated 16 February 2023. Anyone affected is advised to check the official UPSSSC notification for the reasons and any follow-up communication on this matter.
