The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has moved forward in its RRB XI recruitment cycle for Office Assistant, Officer Scale I, and Officer Scale II and III posts, releasing interview letters after a combined vacancy count of 8106 across all categories and specialisations.
Applications had opened on 7 June 2022 and closed on 27 June 2022, with the fee payment deadline the same day, payable through net banking, debit or credit card, mobile wallet, e-challan or cash card. The fee was 850 rupees for General or OBC candidates and 175 rupees for SC, ST or PH candidates. Office Assistant admit cards came out on 16 July and Officer Scale I admit cards on 22 July, with the preliminary exam held in August 2022. Preliminary results followed on 8 and 14 September for the two posts, the second phase exam ran in September or October, and the mains and Scale II or III results were declared on 18 October 2022, before interview letters were released on 3 November 2022.
Of the 8106 posts, 4483 are Office Assistant, 2676 Officer Scale I, and the remainder spread across Officer Scale II specialisations including general banking, IT, chartered accountancy, law, treasury, marketing and agriculture, plus 80 Officer Scale III posts, each with its own category-wise breakup available in the notification.
