The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has declared the final result and reserve list for its 13th Specialist Officer recruitment, which covered 1402 posts across six specialist streams. Applications for this cycle had opened on 1 August 2023 and closed on 21 August 2023, with the fee payable by the same date.
The selection process moved through a preliminary exam on 30 and 31 December 2023, followed by its result on 16 January 2024, and a mains exam on 28 January 2024, whose result was announced on 13 February 2024. A score card followed on 17 March 2024, and the final result was released on 1 April 2024, with the reserve list published on 30 September 2024. The fee was 850 rupees for general and OBC candidates and 175 rupees for SC, ST and PH candidates, and the age bracket for applicants was 20 to 30 years.
Vacancies were spread across IT Officer with 120 posts, Agriculture Field Officer with 500 posts, Rajbasha Adhikari with 41 posts, Law Officer with 10 posts, HR or Personnel Officer with 31 posts, and Marketing Officer with 700 posts, each carrying its own category-wise breakup of general, OBC, EWS, SC and ST vacancies.
