Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre under the Indian Space Research Organisation has invited online applications for Technician and Draughtsman posts, with 48 posts on offer, including 43 posts for Technician B across trades such as Fitter, Electronic Mechanic, Electrician and Machinist.
Applications opened on 4 May 2023 and close on 18 May 2023, with the exam fee also due by the same date. The fee is 500 rupees for all candidates, payable through debit card, credit card or net banking, though SC, ST, PH and women candidates get the full amount refunded after the CBT exam. Candidates must be between 18 and 35 years of age. Within the Technician B posts, Fitter carries 17 posts, Electronic Mechanic 8, Electrician 6 and Machinist 4. The post requires a Class 10th qualification along with an ITI or NCVT certificate in the related trade.
The exam date will be announced as per schedule, and the admit card will be made available before the exam. Eligible candidates should apply online before the closing date.
