Indo-Tibetan Border Police has released the admit card for its Constable and Head Constable recruitment in the Motor Mechanic trade, covering 186 posts.
Online applications were accepted from 29 October 2022 to 27 November 2022, with the fee also due by 27 November 2022. The PET/PST admit card was made available on 10 March 2023, with the exam to be conducted as per schedule. Head Constable Motor Mechanic requires a 10+2 pass with a certificate in motor mechanic, 3 years of experience, or a diploma in automobile engineering, while Constable requires a class 10 pass with an ITI certificate in motor mechanic and 3 years of experience. Of the 186 posts, 58 are for Head Constable, split as 26 General, 14 OBC, 6 EWS, 8 SC and 4 ST, and 128 are for Constable, split as 54 General, 33 OBC, 13 EWS, 18 SC and 10 ST. The fee is 100 rupees for General, OBC and EWS candidates, while SC, ST, ex-servicemen and all female candidates are exempted. The age limit is 18 to 25 years.
