The Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) has invited online applications for 526 posts of Sub Inspector, Head Constable and Constable in the Telecommunication wing.

Applications opened on 15 November 2024 and will close on 14 December 2024, with the fee also payable by that date through debit card, credit card, net banking or e-challan. The exam date will be announced later, and the admit card will be issued before the exam. The fee for Sub Inspector posts is 200 rupees for General, OBC and EWS candidates, while SC, ST, ex-servicemen and women candidates of all categories are exempt; for Head Constable and Constable posts the fee is 100 rupees for General, OBC and EWS candidates, with the same categories exempt. The minimum age is 18 years. Of the 526 posts, 92 are for Sub Inspector, 383 for Head Constable and 51 for Constable, all in the Telecommunication trade.

The category-wise break-up for Sub Inspector shows 37 general, 25 OBC, 14 SC, 9 EWS and 7 ST posts; for Head Constable it is 145 general, 106 OBC, 59 SC, 42 EWS and 31 ST; and for Constable it is 22 general, 13 OBC, 8 SC, 6 EWS and 2 ST.
