The National Testing Agency has released the final answer key for JEE Main Session 2, April 2025, along with the score card and the Paper 2 result. This is the second session of the Joint Entrance Examination that NTA conducts at the national level for engineering and architecture aspirants, and it covers both Paper 1 and Paper 2 candidates who sat for the April cycle.
Applications for this session opened on 1 February 2025 and closed on 25 February 2025 by 9 PM, with the fee payment window closing the same day and a correction facility open on 27 and 28 February 2025. The exam was held online from 2 to 9 April 2025, after exam city details were put out on 20 March 2025 and the admit card was issued three days before each candidate's exam date. The provisional answer key came out on 12 April 2025, the final answer key followed on 17 April 2025, and the Paper 1 result was declared on 19 April 2025. For Paper 2, the answer key was released on 14 May 2025 and the result followed on 23 May 2025.
The exam fee for Paper 1 alone ranged from 500 rupees for SC and ST candidates to 1000 rupees for general category male candidates, with women in the general, OBC and EWS categories paying 800 rupees. Candidates attempting both papers paid between 1000 and 2000 rupees depending on category and gender. Fees could be paid through debit card, credit card, net banking or e-challan. Candidates can now check their score card and the Paper 2 result online using their application details.
