The Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research has declared the result for its Group B and Group C recruitment covering 80 posts across a wide range of paramedical and administrative roles, including Junior Administrative Assistant, Stenographer Grade II, Dental Hygienist, Junior Translation Officer, Medical Social Worker, Speech Therapist, and several technician posts such as X-Ray, Anaesthesia, Audiology and Physiotherapy.
Applications were accepted from 22 February to 18 March 2023, up to 4:30 PM, with fee payment due the same day. The fee was 1500 rupees for General, OBC and EWS candidates and 1200 rupees for SC and ST candidates, payable only through debit card, credit card or net banking. The exam was held on 2 April 2023, with the admit card issued before the exam, and the result was announced on 8 May 2023. The overall age band spans 18 to 35 years depending on the post, with most technician roles capped around 30 years and Stenographer capped at 27 years.
Eligibility varies widely by post, ranging from 10+2 with typing or stenography skills for administrative roles to bachelor's degrees and diplomas with post-specific years of experience for the technical and paramedical posts.
