The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development has released the admit card for Phase II of its Development Assistant recruitment, covering 350 posts across Development Assistant and Development Assistant (Hindi) roles. The general post requires a bachelor's degree in any stream with a minimum of 50 percent marks, while the Hindi post requires a degree with Hindi and English as compulsory subjects at the same percentage, with SC and ST candidates needing only a pass.

Applications had opened on 15 September 2022 and closed on 10 October 2022, with the fee due by the same date. The fee is 450 rupees for General, OBC and EWS candidates and 50 rupees for SC, ST and PH candidates. Candidates must be between 21 and 35 years of age. Phase I was held on 6 November 2022 and its result declared on 14 December 2022, the same day the Phase II admit card was released, with the Phase II exam scheduled for December 2022.

Vacancies are spread across states, with Maharashtra carrying the largest share at 75 posts for Development Assistant, followed by smaller allocations across Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and other states. Candidates who cleared Phase I can now download their admit card for Phase II.
