New India Assurance Company Limited, NIACL, has declared the Phase I and Phase II results for its 2024 Generalist and Accounts Scale I, AO, recruitment, which covered 170 posts in all.
Applications had opened on 10 September 2024 and closed on 29 September 2024, with the fee due by the same date. The Phase I exam was held on 13 October 2024 and its result came on 30 October 2024, while the Phase II exam followed on 17 November 2024 with its result declared on 17 December 2024; admit cards for both stages were issued ahead of the respective exam. The fee was 850 rupees for General, OBC and EWS candidates and 100 rupees for SC, ST and PH candidates, payable through debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI. The age limit was 21 to 30 years. The Generalist post carried 120 vacancies for degree holders with 60 percent marks, and the Accounts post carried 50 vacancies for Chartered Accountants, Cost and Management Accountants, or candidates with an MBA in Finance, PGDM Finance or M.Com, at the same marks criteria.
Category-wise, the Generalist vacancies included 50 for UR, 32 for OBC, 12 for EWS, 18 for SC and 8 for ST, while the Accounts vacancies included 21 for UR, 13 for OBC, 5 for EWS, 7 for SC and 4 for ST.
