The National Health Mission, Uttar Pradesh has declared the result for recruitment to 112 posts under its Mental Health programme, covering Clinical Psychologist, Psychiatric Social Worker and Psychiatric Nurse positions. Online applications were accepted from 25 August 2022 to 3 September 2022, the exam was held on 25 September 2022, and the result was declared on 1 October 2022.
Of the 112 posts, 41 are for Clinical Psychologist, requiring a Master Degree in Clinical Psychology or a related PG degree with an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology; 36 are for Psychiatric Social Worker, requiring a Master Degree in Social Work with an M.Phil in Psychiatric Social Work; and 35 are for Psychiatric Nurse, requiring a 1 year Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing along with B.Sc Nursing or GNM and 2 years of experience registered with the UP State Medical Faculty. There was no application fee for any category. The age limit was 18 years minimum, with a maximum of 40 years for Psychiatric Nurse and 45 years for Psychiatric Social Worker and Clinical Psychologist posts.
