The National Testing Agency conducted the EPFO Social Security Assistant (SSA) and Stenographer Recruitment 2023 for a combined 2859 posts, and the full selection cycle has now wrapped up with the SSA score card released on 9 February 2024 and the Stenographer final result following on 27 February 2024. Applications had originally been accepted from 27 March 2023 to 26 April 2023.

The recruitment covered 185 posts for Stenographer Group C, requiring 10+2 with dictation and transcription skills, and 2674 posts for Social Security Assistant, requiring a bachelor degree along with typing speed in English or Hindi. The process moved through a Stenographer exam on 1 August 2023, an SSA exam from 18 to 23 August 2023, an SSA answer key on 1 September 2023, both results in September and October 2023, and a skill test in November 2023 before the final results and score card were issued.
