The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the Paper 2 result for JEE Main Session II 2026, the exam used for admission to undergraduate engineering and architecture programmes.
Online applications for Session II were accepted from 1 February 2026 to 25 February 2026 up to 9 PM, with the exam fee also due by 25 February 2026, and the online form was reopened briefly on 12 and 13 March 2026. The exam was conducted from 2 to 9 April 2026, after exam city details were released on 22 March 2026, and the admit card was made available three days before the exam. The question paper was released on 9 April 2026, the answer key on 11 April 2026, the main result on 20 April 2026, and the Paper 2 result followed on 5 May 2026.
The exam fee for Paper 1 alone was 1000 rupees for General male candidates, 900 rupees for EWS/OBC-NCL male candidates, 800 rupees for General, OBC and EWS female candidates, and 500 rupees for SC/ST candidates regardless of gender. For both papers together, the fee was 2000 rupees for General, OBC and EWS male candidates, 1600 rupees for female candidates in the same categories, and 1000 rupees for SC/ST candidates. Candidates who appeared for Paper 2 can now check their result.
