The Physical Research Laboratory is accepting applications for 16 posts of Assistant and Junior Personal Assistant, with 10 posts for Assistant and 6 for Junior Personal Assistant. The application fee is 500 rupees for General, OBC, EWS, SC, ST, PH and female candidates alike, payable through debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI, and the fee is refunded in part once a candidate appears for the Stage I exam, with 400 rupees refunded to General, OBC and EWS candidates and the full 500 rupees refunded to SC, ST, female and ex-servicemen candidates. The age limit is 18 to 28 years. Assistant eligibility calls for a bachelor's degree with at least 60 percent marks along with computer proficiency, while Junior Personal Assistant needs the same degree along with English stenography at 60 words per minute, or alternatively a diploma in commercial or secretarial practice with a year of steno-typist experience.
