This recruitment runs across the High Court itself, the Rajasthan State Judicial Academy, the State Legal Service Authority and various District Courts, with the bulk of posts falling under Clerk Grade II in the District Court cadre.
Online applications had opened on 22 August 2022 and closed on 22 September 2022, with the fee payment window extending one day further. Candidates paid 500 rupees in the general and other-state category, 400 rupees under OBC and EWS, and 350 rupees under SC, ST and PH. The age band for entry was 18 to 40 years. The computer based exam was conducted on 12 and 19 March 2023, and the admit card for that exam had gone live on 24 February 2023. Following the exam, the answer key came out on 20 March 2023, the result on 1 May 2023, and a skill test was scheduled from 26 to 29 May 2023.
Across the seven post categories, Clerk Grade II under District Court (Non-TSP) carries the largest share with 1985 posts, followed by Junior Assistant roles at the District Legal Services Authorities. All posts require a bachelor degree in any stream along with basic computer knowledge. Candidates who have already cleared the written exam should keep track of the skill test schedule and carry the required admit card and documents on the test dates.
