The Railway Recruitment Board has released the admit card for the PET/PMT stage and declared the final result for its Railway Protection Force recruitment under CEN 01/2024 for Sub Inspector and CEN 02/2024 for Constable, together covering 4660 posts. Of these, 452 are Sub Inspector posts requiring a bachelor's degree in any stream, and 4208 are Constable posts requiring a class 10 pass.
Applications had opened on 15 April 2024 and closed on 14 May 2024, with online payment due the same date and a correction window from 15 to 24 May 2024. The fee was 500 rupees for General, OBC and EWS candidates and 250 rupees for SC, ST, PH candidates and women across all categories, payable by debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI; the fee is refunded to those who appear for the Stage I exam. The age limit is 18 to 28 years for Constable and 20 to 28 years for Sub Inspector. Physical standards also differ by post and category, including height, the 1600 metre and 800 metre runs, long jump and high jump norms set separately for General/OBC and SC/ST candidates.
After Sub Inspector exam, result and PET/PMT stages through 2024 and mid-2025, and the Constable exam, answer key and further processing, the Constable final result was declared on 16 February 2026, with the zone-wise list following on 23 February 2026.
