The Rajasthan Public Service Commission has released the exam city details and admit card for its Assistant Professor (College Education) Recruitment 2023, which covers 1913 posts. Online applications were accepted from 26 June 2023 to 25 July 2023, with the exam fee due by the same closing date.
The post requires a master degree with 55 percent marks in the relevant subject along with NET, SLET, SET or a PhD. Vacancies are spread across a long list of subjects, including Geography with 150 posts, History with 177, Economics with 103 and Business Administration with 71, down to single-digit openings in subjects like Jainology and Military Science. The exam was scheduled on 7 January 2024 and again on 17 March 2024. The fee was 600 rupees for General and Other State candidates and 400 rupees for OBC, BC, SC and ST candidates, with a 500 rupee correction charge, and the age limit was set between 21 and 40 years.
