The Rajasthan Public Service Commission has released the admit card for its School Lecturer (PGT Teacher) recruitment exam, being conducted for 8774 posts. Online applications for this recruitment were accepted from 5 May 2022 to 4 June 2022, and the exam is scheduled from 11 to 21 October 2022. The exam district will be announced 7 days before the exam, and the admit card is being released 3 days ahead of each candidate's exam date.
The post requires a Master Degree in the relevant subject along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Out of the total posts, 6000 are for the main Lecturer post, with subject-wise vacancies including 807 for History, 1196 for Political Science, 280 for Agriculture, 194 for Sanskrit, 162 for Biology and smaller numbers across subjects like Music, Math, Sociology, Punjabi and sports coaching roles. The fee was 350 rupees for General and other state candidates, 250 rupees for EWS, OBC and BC candidates, and 150 rupees for SC and ST candidates. The age limit was 21 to 40 years.
