The Rajasthan Public Service Commission has declared the result for Senior Teacher Grade II, TGT English, under its wider Senior Teacher Grade II recruitment that covers 9760 posts across subjects at the state level.
Applications had opened on 11 April 2022 and closed on 14 May 2022, which was also the deadline to pay the exam fee. The main exam was held from 21 to 27 December 2022, with a General Knowledge exam for Group C and D held on 29 January 2023 and a re-exam for Group A and B held on 30 July 2023. The admit card was issued four days before the exam, and the answer key came out on 20 March 2023. Results for other subjects were declared earlier, with Sanskrit on 27 July 2023 and Mathematics on 2 August 2023, before the English result followed on 6 December 2023. The fee was 350 rupees for General and Other State candidates, 250 rupees for EWS, OBC and BC candidates, and 150 rupees for SC and ST candidates. The age limit was 18 to 40 years. Within the English subject, 151 posts were in the TSP area and 8 in the Saharia area.
Candidates who appeared for the TGT English paper can now check their result, declared on 6 December 2023, as the last of the subject-wise results to come out in this cycle.
