The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the answer key for the Paramedical Categories recruitment under CEN 04/2024, conducted for 1376 posts across various railway zones, covering categories such as staff nurse, pharmacist, radiographer and lab technician.
Applications were accepted online from 17 August 2024 to 16 September 2024, and the exam was held over three days, from 28 to 30 April 2025, after exam city details were announced on 19 April 2025. The answer key came out on 6 May 2025. The exam fee was 500 rupees for General, OBC and EWS candidates and 250 rupees for SC, ST, PH candidates and women, and part of it was refundable after candidates appeared for the Stage I exam. Age limits for the various posts ranged from 18-21 years at the minimum to 33-43 years at the maximum, depending on the post.
Among the 1376 vacancies, Nursing Superintendent has the largest share with 713 posts, followed by Pharmacist (Entry Grade) with 246 and Health and Malaria Inspector Grade III with 126, along with several other specialized categories. Category-wise, the total splits into 686 posts for unreserved candidates, 269 OBC, 110 EWS, 202 SC and 109 ST. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now check their responses against the released answer key.
