The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the Document Verification admit card for its Technician CEN 02/2025 recruitment, covering 6,238 posts split between Technician Grade 1 Signal (183 posts) and Technician Grade 3 Open Line (6,055 posts). Technician Grade 1 Signal calls for a B.Sc in Physics, Electronics, Computer Science, IT or Instrumentation, or an equivalent engineering degree or diploma, while Technician Grade 3 needs a Class 10th pass with an ITI certificate in the related trade.
Applications opened on 28 June 2025 and closed on 7 August 2025, with the fee payable till 9 August. The fee was 500 rupees for General, OBC and EWS candidates and 250 rupees for SC, ST and PH candidates, with refunds of 400 and 250 rupees respectively after appearing for Stage I. The exam was held on 6, 9, 10 and 13 March 2026, with the admit card issued 4 days before it. The Technician III answer key came on 19 March 2026, the Technician I answer key on 28 March 2026, and the Technician I result was declared on 21 May 2026. Age limits run from 18 years up to 30 years for Technician Grade III and 33 years for Technician Grade I Signal.
