The Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board has declared the final result for its Junior Engineer direct recruitment drive against 1092 posts. This closes out a selection process that ran through most of 2022 for engineering positions across several departments.
Applications opened on 21 January 2022 and closed on 19 February 2022, with the exam fee due the same day. The written exam was held from 18 to 20 May 2022, with the admit card out on 11 May 2022 and the answer key released on 31 May 2022. The result was first declared on 7 July 2022, and the final result followed on 17 September 2022. The fee was 450 rupees for General and OBC, 350 rupees for OBC NCL, and 250 rupees for SC and ST, with a 300 rupee correction charge, and the age limit was 18 to 40 years. Of the total posts, 1040 were for Junior Engineer roles requiring an engineering degree or diploma in the relevant trade, spread across departments including Public Work Department, Public Health Engineering and Self Governance Unit, with separate allocations for civil, mechanical and electrical streams.
