The Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board has declared the final result for its 2022 recruitment of 3rd Grade Teachers at Level 1 and Level 2, Primary and Upper Primary, against a total of 48000 posts. The Primary School final result came on 30 August 2024, after a long series of level-wise and subject-wise results released through 2023 and 2024.
Of the 48000 posts, 21000 were for Primary Teacher Level I, open to candidates who had passed REET Level 1 in 2021 or 2022, and 27000 for Upper Primary Teacher Level II, open to candidates meeting one of several B.Ed or equivalent qualifications along with REET 2022 Level II. Applications had opened on 21 December 2022 and closed on 19 January 2023, with the exam fee payable by the same date. The exam was held from 25 February to 1 March 2023, with the admit card out on 17 February 2023 and the answer key on 18 March 2023. Results were declared level-wise and subject-wise over the following months, including separate Level II results for English, SST and Sanskrit. The fee was 450 rupees for General and OBC, 350 rupees for OBC NCL, and 250 rupees for SC and ST, with the age limit set at 18 to 40 years. Within Level II, subject-wise non-TSP posts included 2577 for Hindi, 6322 for Science and Math, 4000 for Social Study, 1332 for Sanskrit, 792 for Urdu, 272 for Punjabi and 9 for Sindhi.
