The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has declared the Paper II result of its Combined Hindi Translators (JHT) recruitment 2025, which covers 437 posts across several central government offices.
Applications for this recruitment had opened on 5 June 2025 and closed on 26 June 2025 at 11 PM, with the exam fee payable till 27 June 2025 and a correction window open on 1 and 2 July 2025. The written exam was held on 12 August 2025, and the admit card was issued before the exam. The Paper II result has now come out on 4 June 2026. The fee was 100 rupees for General, OBC and EWS candidates, and nil for SC, ST, PH and female candidates. The minimum age is 18 years, with a maximum of 30 years for the Sub Inspector (Hindi Translator) post as on 26 June 2025 and the same maximum for all other posts as on 1 August 2025. The recruitment covers posts such as Junior Translation Officer in the Central Secretariat Official Language Service and in Armed Forces Headquarters, Junior Hindi Translator across various ministries, Senior Hindi Translator, and Sub Inspector (Hindi Translator) in the CRPF, the last of which also carries height and chest requirements.
