The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has declared the final result for the Stenographer Grade C and D Examination 2022. The final result was released on 14 July 2023, following the skill test and its re-conducted round held on 25 and 26 April 2023.
Applications were accepted from 20 August 2022 to 5 September 2022, with the fee payment last date on 6 September 2022 and a correction window on 7 September 2022. The fee was 100 rupees for General, OBC and EWS candidates, while it was nil for SC/ST candidates and exempted for all female candidates. The CBT exam was held on 17 and 18 November 2022, with the answer key released on 24 November 2022 and the written result out on 9 January 2023, followed by the skill test on 15 and 16 February 2023. The post requires passing the 10+2 Intermediate exam, with a stenography transcription time of 50 minutes in English and 65 minutes in Hindi for Grade D, and 40 minutes in English and 55 minutes in Hindi for Grade C. The age limit is a minimum of 18 years, going up to 27 years for Grade D and 30 years for Grade C.
