Uttarakhand Police has released the admit card for its recruitment of 1521 Constable and Fireman posts. The Constable Male post requires a 10+2 pass, with further details of eligibility and physical standards, including height, chest and running requirements, laid out in the notification for both male and female Fireman candidates.
Applications had opened on 3 January 2022 and closed on 16 February 2022, with the fee due by the same date. There was no application fee for any category, including General, OBC, EWS, SC and ST. Candidates needed to be between 18 and 22 years of age, with the upper limit relaxed to 25 years for female candidates applying for the Fireman post. The written exam was conducted on 18 December 2022, and the admit card is being released for this stage.
Of the 1521 posts, Constable Male carries 785 vacancies, Constable (PAC/IRB) Male 291, and Fireman Constable, open to both male and female candidates, 445, each split across General, OBC, EWS, SC and ST categories. Candidates can download their admit card and should also check the physical standards listed for their category before the exam.
