The Government of Uttar Pradesh has opened admissions for the 2 year D.El.Ed, commonly known as BTC, and has released the rank card for candidates who registered. Applications opened on 15 June 2022 and the last date for registration was 25 July 2022 up to 6 PM, with the fee deposit deadline falling a day later on 26 July 2022, and the last date to reprint the form set at 27 July 2022.
The rank card became available on 4 August 2022, while the first and second round merit lists are yet to be notified. Training for those admitted is set to begin on 1 September 2022. The application fee is 600 rupees for General, OBC and EWS candidates, 400 rupees for SC and ST candidates, and 100 rupees for PH candidates, payable through e-challan, debit card, credit card, net banking or SBI I Collect. The age limit for admission is 18 to 35 years.
Candidates who have registered should download their rank card and watch for the merit list rounds, which will decide seat allotment ahead of the training start date. The full admission process and any further steps are detailed in the official notification.
