The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has declared the final result, with score card and cut-off, for Sub Inspector Confidential and Assistant Sub Inspector Clerk and Accountant posts from the 2021 recruitment, covering 1329 vacancies.
Applications had run from 1 June 2021 to 22 July 2021, the same date the fee was due, at 400 rupees for all categories including General, OBC, SC, ST and female candidates. The written exam was held on 4 and 5 December 2021, followed by PET on 19 April 2022 and again on 20 to 23 May 2022, a skill test in the second week of August 2022, and a stenographer test on 23 and 24 November 2022, with the final result declared on 31 December 2022. The eligible age band was 21 to 28 years. The 1329 posts covered SI Confidential (327), ASI Clerk (644) and ASI Account (358), each requiring a bachelor's degree along with specified typing speeds and an O Level qualification.
Category-wise numbers were also released for each post, for example 136 General, 87 OBC, 67 SC and 5 ST seats within SI Confidential, letting candidates check where they stand against the published cut-offs.
